Appraisers/Umpires

Under the Appraisal provision of the insurance policy, we can act as appraisers or umpires to assist in identifying the true and accurate value of the loss.  We pride ourselves on our ability to hold an unbiased view, assess all of the facts as presented and determine the proper value of the loss.

We have been retained by insurers and insureds as appraisers. 

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Claims Consultants Group has participated in arbitrations and mediations and been retained by both insureds and insurers.  We pride ourselves with our impartial view of the facts and assist with identifying the true and accurate answers.

Consulting

With the high level of experience and education that our staff has acquired, we are specially equipped to help people understand their policies and their claims.  We have been engaged as consultants by insureds or policy holders, attorneys, brokers, agents and risk managers to assist them in better understanding their policy, their coverage and their potential exposure due to various types of risks.

We do not represent insureds in their claims as that would be strictly prohibited by our Independent Insurance Adjusting license in California.
